It is the opening day of the Sherman Farmer's Market so come enjoy this producers only market where you "know your farmer, know your food." The Farmer's Market is located at the corner of Houston and Crockett Streets and is open from 9am to 12 noon. You can find everything from fresh fruit and veggies, to farm fresh eggs, baked goods and artisan soaps and plants. The Sherman Public Library is open from 10am to 5pm so be sure to stop in and check out a new book and participate in some family crafts.
